Over 80 years have passed since hemp was federally prohibited. Before then, Wisconsin led the charge as one of the Nation’s largest hemp producers. The tide has turned on the revival of hemp since the passing of the federal 2018 Farm Bill legalizing industrial hemp, a form of Cannabis sativa <0.3% THC.  An ancient, Sacred plant, used medicinally and functionally by cultures worldwide for 1000’s of years is making its debut once again in the U.S.A. and Wisconsin!

​Grounded LLC was one of Wisconsin’s first Organic Certified Licensed Industrial Hemp Growers under the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection’s (DATCP) Industrial Hemp Pilot Project of 2018, 2019 and 2020. The hemp program is now administered by the Federal USDA Hemp Program which provides Grounded's licensing since 2021.

Our products are Organic Certified through MOSA- Midwest Organic Services Association who further reviews and certifies all product making, handling, and labeling components for the USDA 100% Organic Certification approval. 
Grounded’s 100% Organic Certified Full Spectrum Hemp Oils use whole plant crude extract versus CBD isolates.  Cannabidiol (CBD) along with hundreds of other cannabinoids such as CBN, and CBG, terpenes, chlorophyl, proteins, essential fats, vitamins and minerals combine to elicit an 'Entourage Effect' in the body for maximum healing potential, repair, and resilience.​

We believe this carrier oil, compared to MCT coconut oil and other carriers, is the most beneficial for your health and better compliments the calming healing effects of our full spectrum hemp oils.  ​

Organic Certified Processing
Grounded LLC has worked with an Organic Certified Wisconsin Licensed Processor, Partnered Process, to process the hemp crude extract from the leaf and flower of the hemp plant using Organic Certified Sugar Cane Ethanol.  Partnered Process was one of the first Organic Certified Processors in the U.S.A.  The hemp oil undergoes thorough processing, filtering, and temperature gradients to remove all fats and waxes for maximum purity and protection. The result is a clean, organic certified hemp crude extract that contains the full spectrum of beneficial cannabinoids this sacred plant offers. ​

Organic Certified Hemp
Grounded LLC grows Organic Certified Cannabis sativa that is high in cannabidiol (CBD) and low in THC (under <0.3%).  Our hemp is Organic Certified by MOSA- Midwest Organic Services Association. Our unique approach uses Grounded's heat-controlled compost integrating biodynamic preparations to feed the soil with a full spectrum of nutrients, while biodynamic sprays enhance vigor and energetics to the soil and plants.  Grounded grows its own organic certified hemp clones indoors and is then hand cultivated outdoors, harvested, stored, and dried on site before undergoing extraction processing off-site.

Pharmaceutical Grade Bottle and Glass Pipette Dropper
All the way down to the bottle, we strive for excellent quality.  Violet glass bottles and droppers are from MIRON Glass, USA and are produced in the Netherlands.  The bottles and tamper evident dropper cap with a glass bulb pipette are pharmaceutical grade.  Miron Violet Glass is unsurpassed in preserving the life of products.
